We dispatch from the UK Monday to Friday. Orders are processed in the order they come in and you’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Order cut-offs
- Next-day: order before 1pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
- Standard: dispatched within 1 working day, then 2–3 working days with the courier.

You’ll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. If you can’t find it, check your spam folder or email info@justnorm.co.uk.
Where we deliver
We currently ship to UK mainland addresses. For Northern Ireland, the Highlands, the Channel Islands and international orders, please contact us first for a quote.
Missing or delayed parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, get in touch with us at info@justnorm.co.uk with your order number and we’ll chase it up with the courier.
